At Preloved, you can expect to find premium brands at amazing deals. Here’s how it works: we rent out booths weekly to individuals trying to get rid of items which no longer serve them. They bring items to sell and because they keep the majority of their sales and want to make the most possible, they bring only their best items.

Every week we get completely new items so there are always new deals to be found! No more searching Facebook marketplace for good deals and meeting up with strangers!

Preloved is organized by vendor type into four sections: Women’s, Kid’s, Home, and Men’s booths. This organization not only helps your entire experience feel easy, but saves you time because you don’t need to look through items you are not interested in.

The typical thrift store experience consists of digging through racks, bins, and piles of junk with no guarantee of finding anything you want. Preloved booths have great selections and everything is clean, in good condition, organized and easy to find.

I LOVE PRELOVED! I don’t love buying brand new clothes because 1. The environment/fast fashion 😒 2. Way too expensive if you want something of quality and 3. I don’t like supporting big clothing industries that have way too much market share. Preloved is the perfect place for me to indulge my desire for cute clothes, and I feel guilt-free when shopping there because I get killer deals on often times new or barely used quality clothing. I visited this store for the first time yesterday, and I got such a sweet haul from Preloved Provo. SO many great pieces for only $3-10!! I have always hated shopping. Big stores overwhelm me, and regular thrift stores give me burnout (I can only sort through so many color-coordinated racks of cotton tshirts that all smell like mildew). Preloved was the best shopping experience I think I’ve ever had in my life so far.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

WE ARE SATU AND JOSEF KUJANPÄÄ.

Inspired by our Finnish roots, we brought the Finnish way of thrifting to the States- and made it even better than any- thing we had experienced in Finland!

As a new mom, I fell in love with clean, friendly thrift stores in Finland because they made raising our family so much easier financially and I was able to find quality brands and beautiful pieces I was obsessed with for a fraction of the retail price.

I dreamed of and totally craved those thrift stores when we came to the States, and I knew it was my calling to bring that to people here. I put a special spin on it- I added social media marketing, weekly rotations, and amazing customer experience to make Preloved the best store in the whole world!

We all crave quality at a great deal, and we all have things we no longer need but which we know has monetary value. Preloved makes the community better and is such a magi- cal experience for BOTH buyer and seller. Opening our fu- tures for the things we need, and letting go of what no longer serves us by selling to others who will benefit from those things is a freeing, uplifting lifestyle. It’s the Finnish way! And I’m so glad you’re here and a part of it!
